1. Who We Are

La Perla Company ("La Perla Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides marketing and growth services to roofing and home service contractors. You can reach us at franklin@laperlacompany.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit our free growth audit form:

• First and last name
• Business name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Service type and service area
• Your SMS consent selections, along with the date, time, page URL, and exact consent wording shown to you at the moment you submitted the form

We also collect standard technical data automatically when you visit this site (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) through server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare and deliver the free growth audit you requested
• To contact you about your audit request by phone, email, or — if you consented — text message
• To provide services to you if you become a client
• To comply with legal obligations and maintain records of consent

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. SMS and Text Messaging

La Perla Company may send you automated text messages only if you affirmatively opt in by checking one or both of the unchecked consent boxes on our free growth audit form, or by otherwise giving us express written consent. Consent is never a condition of receiving your audit, of purchase, or of any service we provide.

Two separate opt-ins. The form presents two independent, optional, unchecked checkboxes:

• Audit and customer care messages — call confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages about the audit you requested.
• Promotional messages — growth tips, case studies, and occasional offers for contracting businesses. You may consent to customer care messages without consenting to promotional messages.

How we obtain your number. We only text mobile numbers that were submitted directly to us through our own web form by the person who owns the number. We do not text numbers obtained from purchased lists, rented lists, third-party data brokers, affiliate partners, or numbers collected by scraping. We do not send text messages on behalf of any other business.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which we will stop sending you text messages. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at franklin@laperlacompany.com.

Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Third-Party Services

The following service providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

• GoHighLevel — customer relationship management and messaging; privacy policy
• Telnyx — SMS delivery carrier; privacy policy
• Vercel — website hosting; privacy policy
• Google Fonts — fonts served from Google's servers; privacy policy

These providers act as processors. None of them are permitted to use your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact information and consent records for as long as necessary to provide our services and to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

• California (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.
• EEA/UK (GDPR): right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.
• All users: right to opt out of text messages and marketing communications at any time.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is directed to business owners and is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
