1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your request for a free growth audit from La Perla Company ("La Perla Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or submitting the audit form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. The Free Growth Audit

The free growth audit is an informational review of your publicly available web presence, including your website and Google Business Profile, and a written summary of recommended improvements. It is provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase anything.

• The audit is our opinion and does not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, inquiry volume, revenue, or business result.
• We aim to deliver the written plan within 48 hours of your request. Delivery timing is a goal, not a contractual commitment.
• We may decline to prepare an audit for any business at our discretion.
• The written plan is yours to keep and use, whether or not you engage us.

3. Messaging Terms

If you check either SMS consent box on our audit form, you agree to receive automated text messages from La Perla Company at the mobile number you provided.

• Program description: audit request confirmations, call confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages regarding the audit you requested. If you check the second box, you will also receive promotional messages such as growth tips, case studies, and occasional offers.
• Message frequency: varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. La Perla Company does not charge for these messages; your carrier may.
• Opt-out: reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation, after which messages will cease.
• Help: reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email franklin@laperlacompany.com.
• Supported carriers: major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: you must be 18 or older and be the subscriber of, or authorized user of, the mobile number you provide.

We only message numbers submitted directly to us through our own web form. We do not text numbers obtained from purchased lists, rented lists, data brokers, affiliate partners, or scraping, and we do not send messages on behalf of any other business. 4. Accuracy of Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate information, including a mobile number you are authorized to use. If your number changes or is reassigned, notify us so we can update or remove it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to submit false information, impersonate another person or business, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, design, graphics, and logos — is owned by La Perla Company and may not be copied or reused without written permission. The written audit plan we deliver to you is licensed to you for your own business use.

7. No Professional Advice

Nothing on this site or in the audit constitutes legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any recommendation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and the free audit are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Perla Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the free audit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free audit will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
